11/5 – During the overnight hours a vehicle was observed travelling at a high rate of speed through Jackson Park and near Jackson Elementary. The occupants of the vehicle were cited for underage drinking, curfew, speeding, etc.
11/5 – A Jackson Police Department officer attempted to arrest a 30-year-old Hustisford man at the Main Street Mart in the Village of Jackson. The Hustisford man had a Felony Warrant for his arrest and was a suspect in a vehicle theft case from earlier in the day. The officer confronted the suspect who using heroin in the bathroom. The man resisted arrest and was able to escape from the officer. The officer had minor injuries.
The suspect fled the Main Street Mart on foot and ran across the roadway near Lake Hasmer. While responding officers were searching for the suspect, he entered Lake Hasmer and swam 50-70 feet offshore. Responding officers from Jackson and Slinger Police Departments entered Lake Hasmer to attempt to rescue the man who was yelling for help and unable to exit the lake. The officers were unable to safely reach him. Jackson Fire Department personnel responded and were able to safely rescue him.
The two officers that entered the water were treated for exposure and released at the scene. The suspect was transported to a local hospital. His condition is stable. Criminal charges are pending.
The Jackson Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Slinger Police Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, Washington County Sheriff’s Office and the Jackson Fire Department.
11/6 – An officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for suspended registration. The driver was cited, and a passenger was arrested for a Washington County warrant.
11/7- An officer assisted an adult woman who was highly intoxicated. She was taken to a local hospital.
11/7 – A seven-year-old girl called 911 because she didn’t know where her mom was. Officers responded. When the mother arrived home, she was intoxicated. She was arrested for OWI (6th Offense) with minor passengers.
11/12 – A woman reported a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) violation. An adult man was taken into custody by Saukville PD and transported to jail. Charges will be sent to the DA’s office.
11/12 – Two adult women were questioned after one of them passed a counterfeit $100 bill at Jackson Pub. This matter is under investigation.
11/12 – A 13-year-old was struck in the face by the child’s father, resulting in a black eye. The father was arrested and taken to jail. Charges sent to DA’s office for one count of physical abuse of a child.
11/18 – An adult male driver was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (1st offense, PBT .249). He was transported to the jail and charged with the OWI and Felony Bail Jumping.
11/21 – JPD Officers assisted an adult that had overdosed on prescription drugs.
11/26 – Two individuals were reported to be disorderly at Dairy Queen. A 17-year-old Waupun man mooned the manager, challenged him to a fight and urinated in the parking lot. The man’s preliminary breath test was .13. The 17-year-old man received several citations and adult woman was cited for underage drinking.
11/27 – Officers responded to a call of a traffic accident at the Tillie Lake roundabout. A vehicle had driven over the roundabout, struck a sign and the crashed into the rear of a semi-trailer. The driver’s PBT was .159. He was arrested for OWI and taken to jail.
October 2019

10/3 – A report was taken regarding theft of mail from a business mailbox. A check from the mailbox was attempted to be cashed in another city. This matter is under investigation.
10/3 – Two men who were seeing the same woman were both warned for threats because of comments and pictures sent between the two of them on Facebook.
10/7 – A complaint was received regarding a violation of a domestic injunction harassment order. An adult male was arrested for violating the order and taken to the Washington County Jail.
10/8 – An officer was dispatched to a local tavern for a dispute between and a woman and her ex-husband. Warnings were issued for disorderly conduct.
10/9 – A citizen was nearly the victim of a phone scam. After spending over an hour on the phone with a scammer that was demanding payment to stop FBI agents from arresting the citizen for leaving a rental car filled with cocaine in Mexico. This is a common scam and we would encourage anyone who receives a similar call to hang up and never give out personal information on the phone.
10/9 – Officers responded to a family trouble complaint. A 19-year-old was intoxicated and angry because his family members refused to buy him more alcohol. The man was cited for underage drinking and warned for his behavior. However, before the officers left the residence the man armed himself with a knife and his behavior escalated. He was arrested and taken to jail.
10/9 – A theft of Crown Royal was reported from a local gas station. This matter is under investigation.
10/10 – A neighbor dispute resulted in a citation to a man who confronted his neighbor about various issues including placing Halloween decorations on his yard, and mowing lawn early in the morning.
10/12, 10/13 – Several citations were issued to two suspects that were loitering in Jackson Park during the overnight hours. They admitted to using prescription drugs recreationally, drinking and shooting a BB gun in the village.
10/13- Officers assisted a person experiencing a mental health emergency.
10/16 – An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver gave a false name. When the officer learned the driver’s real identity, he learned she had a warrant. An adult passenger also had a warrant for her arrest. Both were arrested and taken to jail.
10/16- An early morning traffic pursuit reached speeds of over 100 MPH on Monday before the suspect crashed just south of West Bend. A JPD officer attempted to stop the vehicle for a traffic violation when the suspect fled. The 14-year-old driver was taken into custody and turned over to juvenile authorities. There were no injuries and no damage to the involved JPD squad car.
10/16 – Officers assisted with an intoxicated adult requiring detox.
10/23 – A hit and run crash was reported on Main Street. The suspect vehicle fled the scene after crashing into an occupied vehicle that was in traffic. An alert citizen was able to obtain the license plate of the suspect vehicle. JPD officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle on Thursday at a repair shop in West Bend. Thanks to the alert citizen and some good police work the suspect was arrested and taken to jail on Thursday evening. Charges are pending with the District Attorney’s Office for Hit and Run and several counts of Bail Jumping.
10/23- A theft of tools from a trailer parked on Stonebrook Drive was reported. The lock had been cut and power tools and extension cords were missing. This matter is under investigation.
10/24- Officers responded to a domestic disturbance and arrested an adult man for domestic-related disorderly conduct.
10/26- A complaint was received regarding eggs being thrown against houses. Night shift officers located the suspects and they were cited. A 16-year-old boy was also cited for underage drinking and a curfew violation.
10/28- A domestic incident was reported. Officers responded and investigated the physical confrontation between two adult brothers. One of them was arrested for domestic-related disorderly conduct and strangulation/ suffocation.
10/29 – Our alert night shift officers made contact with two individuals that confessed to damaging the “Welcome to Jackson” sign on Ridgeway / Main St. One of them was also cited for underage drinking.
10/29 – Police and Fire responded to a 4-vehicle crash on highway 60 that snarled traffic. Two drivers involved had minor injuries.
10/31 – A handgun was reported stolen from a residence.
10/31- A hit and run crash occurred in the parking lot of a factory. The at-fault driver fled the scene and went home. The suspect was identified and cited for hit and run.

9/1 – A traffic stop for a defective tail lamp resulted in a criminal operating after revocation arrest.
9/1 – An officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver had a warrant through Sauk County for failure to appear. The driver was taken to the Washington County Jail.
9/2 – Officers responded to a call of a motor vehicle that lost control, accelerated and crashed into an apartment building. The occupants were injured and the building and vehicle sustained major damage. The driver did not have a valid license and was cited.
9/3- A traffic stop was conducted on a suspicious vehicle. The driver identified himself with a false name. Germantown Police responded with a fingerprint scanning device and a K9. The driver was positively identified and had a warrant through Dodge County. The K9 alerted on the vehicle and multiple items of drug paraphernalia, heroin and cocaine were located. The driver was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence (Drugs) and the warrant.
9/3 – A man was found unresponsive in a locked vehicle. Entry was gained and the man was experiencing a medical emergency. He was taken to a local hospital
9/5 – Oxycodone was reported stolen from a residence. A potential suspect was interviewed in Columbia County and confessed to taking the drugs. Charges are pending.
9/5 – A driver was stopped for driving with a suspended license and suspended registration. During the contact with the officer, the driver turned the vehicle on and drove forward. He stopped after sirens were activated by the officer. Several citations were issued.
9/5 – Officers assisted Slinger PD with an armed suspect who was uncooperative with the officers. Five officers were required because of the suspect’s large size. He was arrested without incident.
9/7 – Officers responded to a report of a fight between two adult females. The incident was verbal only and both women were warned.
9/7 – Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. An adult woman was arrested and taken to the Washington County Jail.
9/8 – An officer stopped a vehicle for speeding. The driver had a warrant for his arrest and possessed a taser without a permit. He was arrested and taken to the jail.
9/8 – A garbage can fire was reported in the men’s bathroom at Jackson Park. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Jackson Police Department.
9/10 – An officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. An odor of marijuana was detected and the driver admitted to having a pipe and marijuana. Driver was cited for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia.
9/10 – An officer responded to a complaint of suspicious people behind a closed business. Contact made with a male subject in a vehicle and an odor of marijuana was detected. The man was cited for possession of THC.
9/11 – A man accidentally dialed 911 while working. When officers arrived, they found that he had a warrant. He was arrested and taken to the jail.
9/11 – An internal theft was reported at a local business. The suspect was interviewed and arrested for multiple thefts from her employer.
9/12 – A three vehicle accident was reported on Hwy 60. A vehicle rear ended a stopped car that caused minor injury. The driver who was at fault was cited for operating without a valid license, following too closely and no insurance.
9/12 – An officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for expired registration. An odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle. Several grams of marijuana and a glass pipe were located. The driver was issued citations for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia.
9/13 – An officer stopped to check on a vehicle that was in a park after hours. An odor of marijuana was detected. Driver admitted to having marijuana. 9.2 grams of THC, a vape device that smelled of marijuana and a red glass pipe were located. Citations were issued for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia.
9/15 – The benches on the east side of Jackson Elementary were damaged. The stickers were taken off and left on the ground.
9/15 – A $10 counterfeit bill was received at the East Side Mart.
9/17 – An officer responded to a report of a vehicle driving on a rim. There were sparks with chunks of rubber being thrown from the tire onto the roadway. Contact made with driver who stated he had to get to work and only drove a few miles with the flat tire. Driver was cited for operating a MV without proper tires.
9/17 – A resident threatened village hall staff when she was advised her water was going to be shut off. JPD assisted village staff.
9/17 – Officers assisted a person experiencing a mental health emergency.
9/18 – Officers assisted a person experiencing a mental health emergency.
9/18 – A driver was reported for going through a stop sign and driving onto someone’s yard. Vehicle was located (disabled) with beer cans inside. The driver was arrested for operating while under the influence.
9/19 – Officers responded to a welfare check done on a person who had been missing for more than a day. The woman was contacted and advised officers that she had been using crack-cocaine. Probation and Parole was notified.
9/21 – An officer made contact with an adult woman who had accidentally dialed 911. The woman was highly intoxicated, and her preliminary breath test result was .353. The woman is required to maintain absolute sobriety as she has an open felony case in Tennessee. She was transported to the hospital until she was medically cleared and then taken to the jail.
9/21 – JPD officers were involved in a traffic pursuit with a driver that refused to stop. The driver was ultimately arrested and found to be in possession of heroin. The driver was arrested and taken to jail.
9/23 – An officer responded to a report of a male acting hostile at a local restaurant and refusing to leave. Contact was made with suspect who was advised he was no longer welcome at that establishment.
9/24 – Officers responded to a domestic disturbance. An adult female was arrested and taken to jail.

8/1 @ An adult was taken into protective custody and transported to a hospital.
8/2 @ An adult male was warned for damaging real estate signs on Stonewall Drive.
8/2 @ 8:57 p.m., A 17-year-old woman came to the police department to file a complaint. An odor of marijuana was detected when she came into the department. Numerous items of drug paraphernalia were found in her backpack. The woman was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
8/4 @ 9:04 p.m., Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between two adult males. One of the men was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and taken to the Washington County Jail.
8/7 @ 7:17 p.m., A clerk at a local gas station was cited for alcohol sales to an underage person.
8/8 @ 9:07 p.m., A vehicle was stopped for a defective headlamp. The driver was on parole for a sex offense. The driver was found to be in possession of cell phones and children’s toys which is prohibited under the terms of his release. The man was arrested for a parole violation and transported to the Washington County Jail.
8/11 @ 3:18 a.m., An adult woman was stopped after an officer observed her traveling at 94 mph on Hwy 45. The driver was under the influence of intoxicants. She was arrested and taken to a hospital for a blood draw, when she became uncooperative with officers. The woman refused to submit to a blood draw. She was arrested for OWI 1st offense, speeding and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription.
8/12 @ 2:27 a.m., An officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense. The driver had a suspended driver’s license and an open court case which prohibited her from driving. She was arrested for bail jumping and was taken to the Washington County Jail.
8/12 @ 2:37 p.m., A hit and run crash occurred on Eagle Dr@ Hwy 60. The at-fault driver fled the scene after striking an occupied vehicle. The suspect was located by the officer and was cited for unreasonable and imprudent speed, inattentive driving, and failure to notify police of an accident.
8/13 @10:06 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a fight in progress between three adult family members. An adult woman was intoxicated and uncooperative. The woman was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail. She was booked on the following charges: Two counts of domestic violence/ disorderly conduct, domestic violence – battery, strangulation, and obstructing/resisting an officer.
8/14 @ 5:49 p.m., Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct. Two adult females were arguing over a chair, when one of them pulled it out from the other one who was sitting on it. The woman who pulled the chair out was intoxicated and had been court ordered not to drink alcohol. She was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.
8/14 @9:06 p.m., One of the women involved in the chair dispute sent a profane and threatening text message to her neighbor. She was issued a citation for unlawful use of computerized communications-obscenity.
8/15 @ 5:46 p.m., JPD received a call reporting a semi stuck in the roundabouts on Hwy 60, near Hwy 45. Upon arrival, it was determined that it was an oversized load that was navigating the roundabouts. Officers assisted with traffic control while the first truck maneuvered thru. That truck was able to get safely on to Hwy 45 northbound. The second truck ended up getting stuck on Hwy 60. The truck was carrying a 150 ft, 225,000-pound windmill piece. This happened two more times in the month of August.
8/16 @ 1:19 p.m., A traffic stop was made on a vehicle with suspended registration. The driver had a revoked driver’s license and a warrant through Sheboygan County. The driver was cited for operating after revocation.
8/16 @ 4:36 p.m., A residential burglary was reported on St. Andrews Court. Cash was reported stolen. This matter is under investigation.
8/18 5:07 p.m., Officers responded to a domestic disturbance. The male party involved had fled the residence prior to the officers arriving. Charges were referred to the district attorney’s office.
8/18 @ 11:05 p.m., Officers responded to a report that an adult woman struck an adult male in the head with a dog gate, causing injury. This matter is under investigation.
8/20 @ 2:07 a.m., An officer was dispatched to Hwy 45 to assist after a two-vehicle accident. The driver of the car said he fell asleep and hit a minivan. Beer and drug paraphernalia were in the car. The man admitted to smoking marijuana and was arrested for OWI.
8/20 @11:37 a.m., Officers responded to a report that a woman at a local business had an active warrant. The woman was taken into custody for the Dodge County warrant and transported to the Washington County Jail.
8/21 @2:05 p.m., A report of fraudulent checks being cashed was reported. This matter is under investigation.
8/21 @ 9:38 p.m., Officers responded to a domestic violence incident. During an argument, an adult woman threw a 3-foot long wooden boat and broke the glass top on a table. She was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.
8/22 @ 10:57 p.m., An adult male reported that another adult male threatened to pistol whip and shoot him. This matter is under investigation.
8/22 @ 8:02 p.m., Officers were sent to a residence for a domestic violence incident. The responding officer reported it sounded like a gunshot fired from inside when he arrived. It was determined that a juvenile had lit a firework off in the house during the argument. In plain view throughout the home were numerous drugs, paraphernalia, and illicit items. A search warrant was obtained. A small amount of marijuana and prescription pills were found, in addition to a large amount of paraphernalia. Charges are pending.
8/23/19 @ 5:32 p.m., Officers were requested to respond to a residence for a report of a physical disturbance that took place between two adult women. Both were arrested for disorderly conduct-domestic violence related.
8/24/19 @ 7:36 p.m., An adult woman called a local restaurant and threatened an employee because she was upset that the food that was delivered to her took an hour to deliver. The suspect then went to the restaurant and created a disturbance. The woman then left Jackson and refused to talk to officers. She was issued a citation for disorderly conduct. |
8/24/19 @ 10:35 p.m., There was a two-vehicle accident at the roundabout at Hwy 60 and 45. An odor of intoxicants was detected on one of the drivers, a 17-year-old woman. The woman was arrested for OWI (PBT .116) and transported to the Washington County Jail for violating the terms of her probation. She was also cited for failing to yield and minor in possession of tobacco
8/25/19 @ 8:11 p.m., Officers responded to a residence for a report that a woman was screaming out a window for help. Two victims were injured. An adult woman was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct, strangulation, and physical abuse of a child. She was transported to the Washington County Jail.
8/26 @ 7:32 a.m., An officer received a phone call at the PD and all that was heard was “enough is enough” and then the phone went dead. We were able to trace the number to an address. A juvenile had injured an adult. Charges were referred to juvenile authorities.
8/27 @ 5:52 p.m., A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a parole violator. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.
8/30 @ 4:48 p.m., Officers responded to a domestic disturbance that had turned physical. An adult female was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and transported to the Washington County Jail.
8/31 @ 9:06 p.m., A Germantown police officer contacted JPD regarding a retail theft that occurred at Walgreens on 8/30. Two male suspects had stolen approximately $630 worth of cosmetics. This matter is under investigation.

7/1 @2:16 p.m. – A retail theft of alcohol was reported at Walgreens. Two suspects were identified with the assistance of the public and our JPD Facebook page. Charges are pending.
7/3 @2:18 p.m. – A retail theft of alcohol was reported at Piggly Wiggly. This was unrelated to the Walgreens theft. A suspect was identified and with the assistance of the public and our JPD Facebook page.
7/8 @3:00 PM – An adult woman was arrested for identity theft for stealing and victim’s debit card. A Request for charges for two counts of identity theft were sent to the DA’s office.
7/12 @9:00 p.m. – A retail theft was reported at Piggly Wiggly. Two suspects stole over $1,000 of alcohol. This was unrelated to the first two thefts. Two suspects were identified with the assistance of the public and our JPD Facebook page. Charges are pending.
7/26 @6:00 p.m. – A report was made regarding stalking and harassment. An adult male was identified and arrested for multiple offenses.
7/27 @9:04 p.m. – An adult experiencing a mental health emergency was taken into protective custody.

6/2 @ 9:00 p.m., a vehicle was pulled over for speeding, going in a continuous circle in a roundabout and striking a curb. The driver was cited for deviation from designated lane and operating with a suspended license.
6/3 @ 5:48 p.m., a vehicle was pulled over because the driver had a revoked license. The driver was issued citations for not having insurance, violation of license restrictions for not having an Ignition Interlock Device and a criminal citation for Operating after Revocation.
6/3 @ 7:08 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle driving recklessly that was entering the village. The officer on patrol located the suspect vehicle and stopped it. The driver was arrested for operating while under the influence, first offense.
6/4 @ 3:43 p.m., While on a traffic stop, the officer could smell the odor of marijuana from the vehicle. The vehicle was searched, and citations were issued for possession of THC (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
6/7 @ 5:25 p.m., A woman was arrested for disorderly conduct at Action in Jackson after being warned for trespassing and because of her behavior and profane language.
6/8 @ 11:10 p.m., A man was arrested for violating the terms of his probation.
6/11 @ 12:09 p.m., Officers investigated a report of child neglect.
6/11 @ 2:05 p.m., An officer responded to a report of a child that had locked himself in a storage unit. The officer was able to assist with removing the child from the storage unit. This matter is under investigation.
6/11 @ 7:08 p.m., A violent domestic violence incident resulted in the arrest of an adult man. Charges were referred to the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.
6/11 @ 10:30 p.m., A group of juveniles were smoking marijuana in a private residence. They posted videos to social media depicting their drug use and it was reported to JPD. A 14-year old buy was cited for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia.
6/13 @ 11:25 p.m., A traffic stop resulted in an Operating while under the Influence (OWI) arrest. PBT was .115.
6/21 @ 6:17 p.m., A woman was observed slumped over the steering wheel at Main Street Mart. The woman was arrested for two warrants and driving after revocation and taken to the Washington County Jail.
6/23 @ 4:20 a.m., A vehicle was pulled over for speeding. The driver’s PBT was .149. He was arrested for OWI and taken to the jail.
6/23 @ 8:54 p.m., a person was taken into protective custody.
6/27 @ 4:42 p.m., A complaint was received regarding the odor of marijuana. Several items of drug paraphernalia were turned over to the investigating officer. A citation was issued for possession of drug paraphernalia.
6/29 @ 9:12 p.m., A domestic disturbance resulted in the arrest of an adult male for domestic battery and disorderly conduct. He was taken to the jail and charges were referred to the district attorney’s office.

5/4 @ 6:14 p.m. – Officers were dispatched to a welfare check. Upon arrival, the officers found the man was intoxicated and had been court-ordered to maintain absolute sobriety. A preliminary breath test (PBT) was administered and the result was .19%. The man was transported to the Washington County Jail and charges were sent to the District Attorney’s Office.
5/4 @ 10:00 p.m. – Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. The complainant said his ex-girlfriend threatened him with a knife. The matter was investigated, and a report sent to the District Attorney’s Office for review.
5/8 @ 5:20 p.m.- Officers stopped a vehicle on Hwy 45. Heroin and multiple items drug paraphernalia were in the vehicle. Two adult males were arrested and taken to the Washington County Jail.
5/9 @ 11:18 a.m. – Officers took an adult into protective custody.
5/10 @ 12:30 p.m.-JPD was informed of a vehicle driving complaint on Hwy 60. The officer located the vehicle and stopped it. The driver was arrested for Operating while Under the Influence (OWI) Fourth Offense. He was booked at the jail.
5/10 @ 3:42 p.m. – Officers were requested by the Department of Corrections to arrest a man that had a warrant. The man was located, arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.
5/11 @12:22 a.m. – An officer on patrol initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle. Officer Mueller smelled the odor of intoxicants coming from the driver. The driver was arrested for OWI 1st offense (PBT .112%).
5/16 @9:25 p.m. – While on a traffic stop, an officer observed items of drug paraphernalia on the lap and seat of a passenger. A search of the vehicle was done, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia were located. The driver was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A passenger was arrested for a probation violation and taken to jail.
5/17 @ 8:45 a.m. – A four-vehicle traffic accident on highway 60 near highway 45 snarled traffic just as the annual rummage sale was opening. Several occupants reported minor injuries.
5/20 @ 4:03 a.m.- An officer made a traffic stop on a vehicle going 91 in a 70 MPH. The officer smelled the odor of intoxicants on the driver. The driver was arrested for OWI (PBT .188), operating without a valid license and speeding.
5/20 @ 5:51 p.m.- During a traffic stop, the driver gave the officer a false name. Multiple items of drug paraphernalia and controlled substances were observed in the vehicle. The driver was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of non-narcotic controlled substance (Suboxone), possession of THC, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping, and obstructing.
5/20 @ 11:06 p.m.- An officer on patrol issued a citation to a woman for operating without a valid license (2nd offense).
5/22 @ 10:00 p.m. An adult male was arrested after a report of a domestic violence incident.
5/24 @ 8:48 p.m. – JPD received a report that a woman was driving while under the influence with her infant child in the vehicle. The officer located the vehicle and contacted the woman and her boyfriend. The woman was cited for operating while suspended, resisting/ obstructing a police officer and possession of a controlled substance. The male passenger was cited for resisting/ obstructing an officer.
5/25 @ 4:45 p.m.- A female was arrested after a domestic violence incident.
5/26 @ 10:32 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of six adult men involved in a fight. One adult male was arrested for disorderly conduct.
5/26 @ 12:49 a.m.- An adult woman gave a false name to an officer while on a traffic stop. She was identified by her fingerprints. The driver was arrested for obstructing an officer and a warrant.
5/27 @ 7:31 p.m.- An officer conducted a traffic stop and found the driver had a revoked driver’s license. The driver had an open criminal case and had been ordered not to drive. He was arrested for operating after revocation and bail jumping.
5/29 @ 5:05 p.m.- An officer on patrol stopped a vehicle and found the driver was impaired. A preliminary breath test resulted in .101 %. The driver was arrested for OWI 1st.
5/30 @ 3:51 p.m. – Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash on the highway 60 off-ramp from highway 45. The vehicle had rolled over and the driver was injured. The driver was cited for OWI (1st) and transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
